Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns for:

• Damaged items

• Defective products

• Incorrect orders

We want you to love your SPARGI experience, and we’ll do our best to make things right.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
